Is an Al-alloyed flux cored electrode based on Cu. The corrosion resistant weld metal has excellent properties against erosion and friction. It also has good mechanical workability and heat resistance.

Thalbronze® 115 Cored Wires
Is an Al, Ni alloyed flux cored electrode based on Cu for build-up welding under shielding gas. The alloy is suitable for corrosion resistant surfacing on parts exposed to erosion as well as friction. The deposited weld metal has good mechanical workability and excellent thermal conductivity.
The welding wires are used for abrasion-resistant hard bronze alloys.
