Welding coating
The use of welding processes for the coating of moulded parts provided by the customer can increase service life and minimise downtimes or repair times.
For new and unknown applications, it is possible to carry out sample coatings. These can then be examined and evaluated using wear tests and state-of-the-art analysis methods.
Processes and filler materials:
- Use of all conventional arc processes possible
- Possible filler materials: cored wire electrodes, powder (PTA)

Regeneration
By means of the processes described above, we are also able to regenerate worn components and restore their serviceability.
Advantages compared to new production:
- Less expensive
- Significant increase in service life through selection of the right hardfacing material and targeted application
- Conserving resources and the environment
- Reduction of downtime and maintenance costs
- Short-term availability
In addition to smaller components, we also undertake the regeneration of large parts in heavy mechanical engineering with possible unit weights of up to 30 t (e.g. sinter crusher shafts).
